In Nakivale settlement, where an estimated 222,998 refugees reside, approximately 5,000 are believed to be living with epilepsy.
BSO offers surgical care to the most vulnerable refugees and has facilitated 165 life-changing and successful surgeries, including procedures in orthopedic, visceral, and plastic surgery.
